Bailey & Camryn Emmons

We started What's Shakin' in July of 2022 at a local 4th of July event with just a tent, a handful of flavors, and a big dream. At the time, we were only 12 and 14 years old.

We're sisters — Bailey & Camryn! — and what began with classic Lemon Shake-Ups and limeades has quickly grown. By 2023, we expanded into a trailer, added teas, cotton candy, and fun extras like boba.

In 2025, we took another leap with What's Brewin' — a new trailer designed for coffee and so much more. And don't worry, our famous Lemon Shake-Ups will always be here too — the full What's Shakin' menu is available right from the Brewin' trailer!

Over the past few years, we've learned, grown, and poured our hearts into building these businesses. We couldn't have done it without the amazing support of our community.

What's Brewin'

In 2025, we launched What's Brewin' — our custom-built coffee trailer with an order window, pickup window, and full espresso setup.

With signature drinks like Muddy Paws, Mint Bomb, and The Turtle, plus 27+ syrup flavors, cold foam, and dairy-free options, we bring the coffeehouse experience directly to your event.

Together, our two trailers offer full-day coverage — morning coffee through afternoon lemonades. And at the Brewin' trailer, you can get the entire What's Shakin' menu too, so your guests never have to choose.
